The Elliot

The 60-unit mixed use condominium building on a busy arterial of West Seattle has prominent views of downtown Seattle. The design includes retail offices on the lower level and an underground parking garage. The project buffers the adjacent single family neighborhood from the noise and activity of a busy arterial The exterior is designed with a brick base, metal sided bays, curved plaster balconies that articulate the comers of the building, and a large protecting, flat roof overhang that protects the decks and facades of the building. An interior garden courtyard brings light and air to the middle of the project and provides a secondary entrance to the residential portion of the building.
