Schematic Design
Here, dreams take shape through the creation of initial designs, examination of various layouts, and consideration of structural and systematic requirements. With Matthew's expertise in live design sessions, we quickly iterate and refine concepts for immediate client feedback, aided by computer-generated 3D modeling.

Construction Documents
Architect and engineering teams collaborate to produce detailed technical drawings, system specifications, and material schedules. This results in well-coordinated, constructible drawing sets, including those necessary for permits and construction, ensuring a high degree of constructability.

Permitting
Our expertise lies in adeptly managing the permit process, including obtaining building permits and approvals for shoreline and other specialty areas. We ensure all technical and engineering details are precise, facilitating smooth progress through various bureaucratic channels.

We provide support during contractor selection, prepare comprehensive bid packages, and aid in the assessment of contractor proposals. Our involvement promotes accurate bids and a smooth transition to the construction phase.

Build and Construction Administration
From the initial groundbreaking to the final punch list, we serve as your advocate. Our role extends to overseeing contracts, managing permit processes, approving design alterations, and conducting site visits to monitor progress.
We ensure open communication and coordination among all parties, as well as the review of preconstruction submittals, change orders, and payment applications.
