How it Works:
1. Tell us about your Project:
Share some initial details about your project and provide your property address. We’ll come to the meeting prepared with a complimentary initial zoning analysis which helps identify important factors like building setbacks, height restrictions, and land use regulations.
2. Schedule a Consultation:
We’ll meet you on site so we can walk through the property together, point out how zoning regulations impact the project, and assess important factors like sunlight, wind, and privacy. If meeting on site isn't possible, we can always conduct the consultation via Zoom instead.
3. your Custom Plan:
After the consultation, we’ll craft a tailored plan, detailing the services we provide and how we can work together to make your dream a reality. This includes a detailed site plan that positions your proposed home within the lot, showing room layouts, orientations, and scale.
